Basic information - Christmas Cup 2025
Place: Městská sportovní hala Plzeň, Úslavská 75 (TJ Lokomotiva Plzeň)
Number of registered teams: 80
Number of courts: 7-10
Starting fee: 200 € / team (300 € per 2 teams, 400 € per 3 teams, 500 per 4 teams, 600 per 5 teams)
Game system: Will be send together with matches schedule 14 days before start of the tournament, 14.12.2025. Every team is going to play at least 5 matches.
Rules: FIBA rules with modified ammount of free throws, only 1 is shot with changing it's value from 1 to 3 points. Playing time 4 x 10 minutes without stopping, excluding last 2 minutes of the game. Break is always 2 minutes. Overtime 2 minutes.
Prices: 1.-3. teams recieve cup and medals + prizes.
Categories:
U11 girls (born in 1. 1. 2015 and younger)
Maximal capacity in each category is 16 teams for boys and 12 for girls. In the case of bigger ammount of registered teams, the selection will be made by the organisator.
Tournament schedule:
28. 12. Group games 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
29. 12. Group games 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
30. 12. Placement games 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Accommodation and food
Prices for one person Type A: 3x night + 3x full board - 170 €
Prices for one person Type A: 2x night + 2x full board - 110 €
Prices for one person Type B: 3x night + 3x full board - 210 €
Prices for one person Type B: 2x night + 2x full board - 145 €
Request for a single room Type A - 8 € extra / night
Request for a single room Type B - 12 € extra / night
It is possible to arrange accommodation and meals individually according to the needs of the team.
Accompanying programe:
Possibility of using swimming pool (150 m from the TJ Lokomotiva).
Possibility of visiting Pilsen brewery and Techmania science centre.
Possibility of visiting shopping centers with cinemas.
Team registration:
You have to fill in registration on the website www.bkloko-plzen.cz/christmas-cup/registration until 8. 12. 2025. After registration you will get confirmation email.
You can order tournament T-shirts. It is also possible to buy them during tournament for 18 €
Accreditation and payment
Accreditation including payment is going to be on the first day of the tournament. It is possible to pay in Czech crowns or Euros. We accept the payment only in cash.
Storning fees in case of reduction of the ammount of nights/food.
Until 10.12.2025 - 0 €, from 11.12.2025 till 17.12.2025 - 50 % of price, from 18.12.2025 - 100 % price.
